The Evolution
The work began with making things happen. It evolved into designing how everything works together.
Jade’s career has crossed program development, entrepreneurship, revenue, partnerships, community initiatives, and organizational leadership.
That range revealed a consistent pattern: organizations rarely struggle because they lack ideas. They struggle because people, processes, programs, technology, opportunities, and revenue are not designed as one operating ecosystem.
Today, Jade works at that intersection. She diagnoses the disconnects, designs the architecture, and helps leaders create a practical path forward.
