Jade Crossfrench is a Chicago-based strategic systems architect, economic innovation strategist, and creator of the STREAMS Framework™. Known as the Millennial Economic Innovator™, she helps leaders connect people, programs, technology, partnerships, and revenue into systems that work. Jade’s career spans program development, entrepreneurship, revenue strategy, partnerships, and community leadership. She founded Young Gifted Hustler in Chicago, directed StayLIT Community Youth Services’ Teen Mom Summer Camp, and hosted StayLIT CYS on CAN TV. Her story was featured on NBC News’ Affording America. She is the author of the memoir Reprogrammed, hosts the podcast Get With the Program, and speaks on economic innovation, AI for business, and sustainable systems.
